Widespread thundery showers affect eastern Europe on Monday
A mostly dry and fine day for Portugal and Spain though a few showers may develop over northeastern Spain later. A band of light, patchy rain eases southward across Italy through the day though it stays dry and bright to the far south. Dry, sunny and warm for Greece and western Turkey while eastern Turkey is cloudier with some heavy, thundery showers.
A dry and fine day for France. Starting dry and fine too for the Low Countries and Germany though showers develop here later. Rain clears east from Poland, Slovakia and Hungary with a mixture of scattered showers and sunny spells following. Showers and sunny spells for Austria and the Czech Republic too.
A wet and windy start to the day for Denmark and southern parts of Sweden and Norway. Rain tends to ease through the afternoon. Mostly dry and fine for Finland though some rain could spread into the far southwest. Rain clears east from the Baltic States leaving a mixed evening of sunny spells and isolated showers.

Warm, dry and sunny for the Balearic Islands, Corsica, Sardinia and Italy while Greece experiences some scattered showers. Mostly dry and sunny for Turkey though heavy, thundery showers persist to the east.
A dry, sunny and warm day for France, the Low Countries and Switzerland. Showers ease over Germany to leave a dry and fine afternoon here. A showery day for Austria, the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary - some of these will be locally heavy. These tend to fade into the evening.
