High pressure building over western Europe brings dry and fine conditions here
Dry and sunny across Portugal and Spain with just isolated showers to the east and for the Balearic Islands. Thunderstorms develop later for Corsica, Sardinia and northern Italy but southern Italy stays dry and fair. Dry and fair conditions extend across the eastern Mediterranean to Greece, Cyrpus and Turkey where the best of the sun is to the east.
A dry and fine day for France and the Low Countries with a chance of thunderstorms to the far south of France. Some cloud encroaches to the north later and extends into northern Germany where it brings patchy rain. Dry and fine further south. Dry and fine too for the Czech Republic and Slovakia as well as southern Poland while northern Poland is cloudier with patchy rain.
A milder day for Denmark with outbreaks of rain clearing east. Staying cool for Norway, Sweden and Finland with isolated showers here. Again, these will be wintry further north. A bright day for the Baltic States with scattered showers.
Dry and fine for Portugal, Spain and the Balearic Islands with some broken cloud for Portugal and western Spain at times. Showers and thunderstorms continue over Corsica, Sardinia and northern Italy with a few of these spreading to the south later. A mostly dry and fine day for Greece and Turkey with the best of the sun, again, to the east.
A dry and fine day for France and the Low Countries. Isolated thunderstorms may develop over southern France later. Showers, some heavy, affecting Switzerland and Austria and these spread into Slovakia and Hungary later. A band of cloud and patchy rain sinks south across Germany and Poland, later reaching the Czech Republic, but there will be plenty of good spells of sunshine here too.
Early showers over Norway, Sweden and Denmark tend to fade leaving a mostly dry and sunny day here. Cloudier with patchy outbreaks of rain for Finland and the Baltic States. Some of these may be heavier close to the Baltic coast.
