Rain extending east through central Europe

Monday
Dry for most of Portugal. Some patches of light rain across Spain. Largely dry across the Balearics, Corsica and Sardinia. One or two isolated showers in central Italy, but dry elsewhere. Mostly dry through the Balkans. Patchy showers across Greece. Dry and pleasant in western and central Turkey, but showers, turning heavy at times, in the east.
Persistent heavy rain in France, with the heaviest bursts moving eastwards. Rain too across southern Germany and into southwest Poland. Showers across central Europe, in Austria, Hungary, and turning heavier in Switzerland.
Unsettled and wet across the Low Countries. Heavy rain and showers in the Baltic States. Patchy rain for Denmark and far south of Sweden. Dry for most of Sweden and Norway, with some showers along the southwestern coasts.

Tuesday
Dry with sunshine for much of Spain and Portugal. Some rain toward the Pyrenees and wet across much of south-central France. Heavy and thundery rain extends through the Alps and northern Italy. Showery too further south over Italy and some showery bursts popping up for Corsica and Sardinia by the afternoon. Most dry for Greece and the eastern Mediterranean.
Showers for northern France and the Low Countries. Some patchy rain for central Germany into Czechia. Heavier rain through Slovakia into Romania. Mostly dry toward the Black Sea.
Dry and bright for much of Poland and the Baltic states. A few showers for Finland and Norway, but mostly dry for Sweden and Denmark.
