Hot eastern Europe, some thunder

Monday
Showers and outbreaks of rain for northern parts of Spain. Fair in central and southern areas. Fine through the Balearics. Staying sunny for Italy and warm here too. Greece and Turkey will have plenty of sunshine throughout.
Rain and showers in France, some of the heavy in central and northern areas. Drier toward the southeast. Germany and Poland will have sunny spells too. Hungary should be fair with some sunshine, whilst conditions also remain sunny across Switzerland and Austria.
Showery bursts of rain for Denmark. The Baltic States should be fair and it will be a fine day in Finland. central and northern Sweden will be bright and dry with sunshine here. Rain in the south of Norway, showers to the north.

Tuesday
Areas of rain and thunderstorms are expected across France, the Alps, northern Italy plus the Low Countries. A rather cool day for France overall. Much of Spain and Portugal will be dry, sunny and warm in the south. Possible showers for Corsica and Sardinia.
The south and west of Germany also sees rain, but north and eastern areas will be drier. A few showers for Denmark. Scattered slow-moving thundery bursts are possible for eastern Poland and into Ukraine, but much of eastern Europe stays hot and dry. Greece also stays in full high summer mode.
Scandinavia will be mainly dry, but local showers may affect west and northern Norway. The Baltic states also look showery.
