An area of low pressure brings unsettled conditions to northwest Europe

Isolated showers impact northern parts of Spain on Sunday but otherwise it's a dry, bright and warm day for the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Mostly dry, sunny and warm too for Corsica, Sardinia and Italy though isolated showers could develop over eastern coastal regions here too through the afternoon. Isolated showers also creep into northern parts of Greece and Turkey, otherwise it's a dry, sunny and warm day here as well.
Fronts bring patchy outbreaks of rain southeastward over France, the Low Countries and Germany on Sunday. This rain turns heavier as it reaches the Alps over southeast France, Switzerland, Austria and southern Germany. Showers, some heav and thundery, affect the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia while it stays dry and fair for Hungary.
Fronts bring outbreaks of rain, some heavy, into southern portions of Norway and Sweden while it stays dry and sunny to the north. Early rain clears Denmark to leave a dry and fine day here while much of Finland is also dry and fair though showers develop to the far south later. A mixed day of sunny spells and showers, some thundery, for the Baltic States.

Monday
Isolated showers over the far north of Spain fade to leave a dry, sunny and warm day for the country along with Portugal, the Balearic Islands, Corsica and Sardinia. Dry, warm and sunny too for Italy with the slight chance of a shower developing to the northwest. Greece and Turkey too see dry, bright and warm conditions on Monday.
A band of heavy rain extends over Poland, the Czech Republic, Austria, southern Germany, Switzerland and western France on Monday morning. This edges eastward through the day leaving mostly dry and bright conditions in its wake for the Low Countries, eastern France and northern Germany.
A showery day for Denmark with rain arriving later. One band of rain edges northward over northern Norway and Sweden while another band of heavy rain arrives from the south later. This may be thundery. After a mostly dry day, a band of heavy, sometimes thundery, rain arrives over Finland and the Baltic States later.
