Thundery showers in Greece and Turkey, drier central and northern areas


Saturday
A mostly fair day in Spain and Portugal with lots of sunshine. Fair across the Balearics too. Italy will have lots of sunshine and should be dry. Greece sees some heavy, thundery showers developing. These thundery showers affecting Turkey as well, some of them torrential.
France is going to have a dry day with more sunshine throughout. In the Low Countries and Germany as well as Poland it will be staying dry with further spells of sunshine. Austria and Hungary as well as Switzerland it will be staying dry with sunshine throughout the day.
Lots of sunshine in Denmark and staying dry. The Baltic States stays sunny and dry. Some showers affect Finland, a few of them heavy. Showers in northern Norway and Sweden but dry and sunny to the south.


Sunday
Heavy and thundery showers in northern parts of Spain as well as Portugal today. An odd shower in southern parts of Spain, although dry and sunny in the Balearics. Italy will be mostly dry with lots of sunshine, just an odd shower to the north. Thunderstorms forming in Greece with some heavy storms for southern Turkey.
Fair and warm in central and southern France, thundery rain affecting the north. The Low Countries and northern Germany will have some thundery rain too. Much of the rest of Germany will be dry with good spells of sunshine and it will be staying dry and warm in Poland, Hungary and Austria. Showers forming in Switzerland.
Patchy rain and cloudy for Denmark. Mostly fair in southern Sweden with broken cloud in the Baltic States. Finland will have cloud and rain whilst more rain affects central and northern Sweden. Showers with some sunny spells for Norway.
