Breezy and cool in northern Europe, fair to the south


Thursday
Fair for much of Spain and Portugal, plenty of sunshine and dry too, although the chance of some rain in the far northeast. Showers affecting the Balearics. These showers may trouble central Italy too, although the north and south are expected to be dry. Sunshine and dry in Greece. Staying fine in Turkey with more sunshine to come here too.
A fair day in most of France, especially in the west and north. The far south may be cloudier with some rain or showers here. A chilly wind in the Low Countries and Germany as well as Poland. Cloud in these countries and some outbreaks of rain. Hungary may be cloudy and damp as well as chilly. Switzerland and Austria will be mostly dry with sunny spells breaking through the cloud.
Windy in Denmark with sunny spells. Scattered showers in the Baltic States and staying windy here too. Fair in Finland with sunny spells. Staying windy in southern Sweden but dry with sunny spells in the north of Sweden. Noways will have good spells of sunshine and it should be dry too.

Friday
Fair with some good spells of sunshine over Spain and Portugal on Friday. The Balearics will be dry and bright too. Showers and some outbreaks of rain in central and southern Italy. Fair to the north with sunny spells. Rain across Greece, some of it heavy to the north. Turkey will be drier and brighter with sunny spells here.
Sunny spells and fair in France but feeling chilly. A few showers in northern parts of the Low Countries but mostly dry and bright. Chill over Germany with broken cloud in the north, brighter to the south. Cloud and outbreaks of rain in Poland. Fair for much of Austria and Hungary as well as Switzerland.
A breezy and cool day in Denmark, but dry with sunny spells. Breezy and chilly in the Baltic States with a risk of patchy rain. Breezy and cool in Finland as well as much of Sweden. Norway should be drier and brighter and will remain cool.
